- Straight-on photos of each place the brand shows up: sign, vehicles, shirts, forms, website
- What has changed since the logo was made, such as new services, new locations or a new name
- What customers already know you by: a color, a symbol, a nickname
- Any orders coming up soon, such as a new truck, a sign permit or a print run
- Who decides, and whether partners or family need to see each stage
