1. Brief and photos
You send photos of each touchpoint, the files you have and a few lines about how the business has changed. We ask about anything unclear.
2. Audit and verdict
We fill in the audit sheet and send it with notes and a verdict. This is the point where you decide between tidying the files, a refresh or a full rebrand. Nothing else is agreed yet.
3. Written quote
For the path you choose, we send a written quote with the scope, the review rounds and a delivery date. Work starts once you accept it.
4. Directions
For a refresh, you see two or three redraws, from a light touch to a bolder cleanup. For a rebrand, you see two or three new directions. Each is shown on your real items: the sign, a van door, the website header, a shirt.
5. Refinement
You pick a direction and mark it up. We refine it, test it at small sizes and in one color, and send it back. Extra rounds beyond the quote are priced before we do them.
6. Files and rollout
We deliver the final files, the color values and a short guide, then the rollout plan with vendor files for each wave. If you ordered rollout support, we answer vendor questions as the pieces are made.

Photos and files you send are used only for your project. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.
Is the logo holding you back? Send photos of your sign, your vehicles and your website. We'll tell you whether it needs a refresh or a full rebrand.
